Story Behind the Painting

Hope is Here is a declaration. A visual amen. A reminder that even when the world feels unsteady, something steady and beautiful is still blooming inside you.

I painted this in a season where I needed to believe in something gentle but powerful. Every brushstroke is layered with intention—bright petals pushing against the blue, color pressing through shadow. It’s about choosing to show up with softness, with faith, with color, no matter the day.

This piece doesn’t whisper. It sings.

Materials & Presentation

This original painting is made with richly pigmented acrylic paint on a 1.5" deep gallery-wrapped canvas. The surface includes expressive brushwork and textured layers that bring the florals to life. The sides are fully painted to match, so no frame is necessary (but you can absolutely pop it into a float frame if that’s your vibe).
