Blue Skies No. 1

This series of mini abstract landscapes is deeply inspired by the endless skies of the American plains that have always captivated me. Each sunrise and sunset feels like a one-of-a-kind masterpiece created by the true Creator. I wanted to capture that daily wonder on canvas, and the hope of big blue skies gives me. Using bold color and richly layered oil pigment sticks, I’ve created pieces that reflect both the beauty of open horizons and the depth, texture, and movement of those sacred moments in the sky. May they inspire, bring wonder and provide hope for any onlooker.
